Pro-Asset Painting Maintenance is a family owned and operated business, established in 2006 by Mark Estivo. Mark brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry as a qualified painter and decorator. Mark holds both a Diploma in Building and Construction and a Diploma in Business Management. Mark has extensive experience in painting and remedial works, specifying and estimating, industrial coatings, account, project management and business management. His passion and the underlying ethos behind Pro-Asset Painting Maintenance lies in delivering a quality painting service to the Australian commercial, government and industrial sectors. Mark is a Registered Building Practitioner BUP0001856 allowing Pro-Asset to complete remediation works on Class 2 buildings.

Our building license No. 196689C ensures we have access to an experience team of qualified painters, carpenters, water proofers, bricklayers, tilers, carpet layer, steel corrosion experts and asbestos removalists. As a Registered Building Practitioner we are able to complete remedial works such as waterproofing, concrete repairs, balustrade and balcony upgrades on Class 2 Buildings.
