Commercial sites don’t stop just because works are scheduled. Staff and members still arrive, visitors still come through reception, and high-traffic areas like entries, corridors, amenities, and shared spaces still need to stay safe and usable. On these projects, the finish matters, but the bigger test is how well the work is staged so the building can keep operating without turning day-to-day operations into a disruption.
That’s where we work best.
At Pro Asset Painting Maintenance, we provide reactive and programmed painting maintenance to commercial environments across Sydney, including numerous RSLs and clubs. We’re experienced across complete repainting of major buildings (interior and exterior), repaint and repair works for refits and fit-outs, and we also deliver wet and dry area repainting, sports facility work, external line marking, and graffiti removal.
We’re a strong fit for commercial sites where:

Commercial building teams want a contractor who keeps the job controlled and predictable. That means the work stays contained, access routes remain clear, and handovers happen when they’re meant to.
Our painters are fully qualified tradesmen and our workmanship is to Australian Standards AS/NZS 2311:2009.
I keep this straightforward. Commercial projects run smoothly when the scope is clear and staging is planned around how the site actually operates.
We confirm what areas must remain accessible, what can be completed after hours, and how the project will be staged so staff and visitors can move safely through the building.
Many commercial sites prefer the higher-disruption work to happen outside normal hours. Our flexibility with out-of-hours work is designed to keep disruption and downtime to a minimum.
Where access is complex, the access plan becomes part of the method. The goal is safe, efficient delivery without shutting down the facility.
We keep handovers clear so site teams can confirm progress and return areas to normal use without loose ends.
The example below is published on our website and shows the type of live, high-constraint commercial environment we deliver in.

Mingara required corrosion mitigation and repainting of structural steelwork over indoor pools, but didn’t want to close the facility while works were completed. The pools could not be covered and had to remain open for daily service, making it a difficult access project. To meet those constraints, works were completed out of hours across night work. Access included flying fox lines spanning the width of the pool, with boom and scissor lifts used where possible.
Published client feedback: “Pro-Asset are one of the few painters on the Coast able to offer these difficult access solutions… minimal disruption… excellent job using top quality epoxies.”
